At Multi-Health Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
